“The groups for our daughter provided a safe and welcoming space where she could feel less alone, build confidence, and connect with other children her age. Through the experience of group therapy, we also had the opportunity to meet other families navigating similar anxieties and challenges. Our daughter truly enjoyed the sessions- the mix of play, therapy techniques, and skill building made it both fun and meaningful. Hands down, a wonderful offering within the practice.” –Client's Mom

"Our son looked forward to attending Karen’s groups every week! Participating in a group was a wonderful adjunct to individual treatment that allowed him to practice new skills and gain confidence communicating. Being part of the group encouraged him to embrace new challenges like speaking to store owners, which was something he would have been reluctant to do on his own. We can’t recommend the groups highly enough!" –Client's Mom
